By accessing and using the Philosclaw application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The App is a private internal business management tool operated by WC Rental Inc.

2. Use of Service

The App is intended solely for authorized internal business use. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of WC Rental Inc. and its affiliated entities.

3. Data and Privacy

The App connects to third-party services including QuickBooks Online to facilitate business operations. All data accessed through these integrations is used solely for internal business management purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. WC Rental Inc. shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this application.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
